It’s been a long couple of months for a lot of you. Especially with the last Snow Leopard developer builds. We are, however, currently working on 2.0.2 to remedy this. Along with renewed Snow Leopard support, naturally, a number of bug fixes will be shipped.

This isn’t all, though! For good measure we’re going to throw in a couple of updated scripts and new themes: I Are Sea! (by drudge) and Simplified (by Cowboy). All of you calling out for “classic” IRC client themes will be delighted to hear that both are variations of the classic [timestamp] [name] [message] layout.

I are Sea!

For more Information concerning Simplified visit Cowboy’s blog, please.

Stay tuned for more news, we’ll try to keep you informed and give you more details as soon as possible. As always, we look forward to providing you a great IRC experience. Don’t hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Edit: Linkinus 2.0.1 is supported on Snow Leopard in Rosetta mode.

How stable is it on Snow Leopard? I’ve just attempted it to run on mine and it instantly crashes.

    Phunky,

The 2.0.2 beta works great under Snow Leopard. 2.0.1 has a known bug which causes the instant crash you are talking about. Sign up at https://store.conceitedsoftware.com/linkinus-beta to get the 2.0.2 beta that works.

So we have to install Rosetta just to run Linkinus? I hope this 2.0.2 update fixes that and is out before I get my hands on Snow Leopard.

I´ve entered the Beta Testing Group, but how can i get the Full-Beta Installer Package? I won´t install Rosetta just only for the ability to download Linkinus 2.0.2 Beta.

Can you provide a direct Download Link please?

    Regards
    Benny
